Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions for Transportation Reservations (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between United Coach Bus (“United Coach Bus,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and the customer making a reservation (“Client,” “you,” or “your”).
This Agreement governs your request, reservation, and use of charter bus transportation services arranged through the website www.unitedcoachbus.com
or through phone/email communications.
BY REQUESTING A QUOTE, MAKING A RESERVATION, OR USING OUR SERVICES, YOU CONFIRM THAT:
You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions
You are legally authorized to enter into this agreement
You accept and agree to be bound by these Terms
You are responsible for the conduct of all passengers traveling under your reservation.
1. Reservations and Booking
Reservations for charter bus transportation may be made through:

A reservation is not confirmed until:
A written confirmation is issued by United Coach Bus
The required deposit or full payment has been received
All pricing provided prior to confirmation is an estimate based on the trip details provided by the client and may change if trip details are modified.
United Coach Bus reserves the right to modify vehicle assignments, transportation partners, or equipment if required due to availability or operational reasons.
2. Deposits and Payment
To secure a reservation:
Trips scheduled more than 14 days in advance may require a deposit.
Trips scheduled within 14 days may require full payment at the time of booking.
Full payment for all services must be completed before the trip date unless otherwise agreed.
Payments may be processed through:
Credit card
Bank transfer
Approved payment processors
Failure to complete required payments may result in reservation cancellation.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our customer support.
Cancellation terms may include:
30+ days before trip: Full or partial refund may be issued depending on the booking terms
7–29 days before trip: Cancellation fees may apply
Less than 72 hours before trip: Full trip cost may be non-refundable
Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation and the agreements made during booking.
United Coach Bus reserves the right to evaluate refunds on a case-by-case basis.
4. Pricing and Additional Charges
Quoted trip prices are based on the itinerary provided by the client.
Additional charges may apply for:
Extra hours beyond the reserved schedule
Additional stops not listed in the itinerary
Parking fees, tolls, and permits
Driver lodging (for multi-day trips)
Excessive cleaning or damages caused by passengers
Changes to pickup or drop-off locations
Clients are responsible for covering any additional operational expenses associated with their trip.
5. Transportation Services
United Coach Bus arranges charter bus transportation through a network of licensed transportation providers and vehicle operators.
While we strive to ensure high-quality service, we cannot guarantee:
Specific bus models or vehicle appearance
Availability of optional amenities (WiFi, restrooms, power outlets, etc.)
Exact arrival times due to traffic, weather, or road conditions
Drivers maintain full authority over vehicle safety decisions including routes, speeds, and stops.
6. Passenger Conduct
The Client is responsible for the behavior of all passengers on the charter vehicle.
Passengers must follow all driver instructions and comply with applicable laws.
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
Illegal drug use
Harassment or threatening behavior
Smoking or vaping on the vehicle
Damaging the vehicle or equipment
Possession of illegal materials
Drivers or transportation providers may terminate a trip without refund if passenger behavior creates safety risks.
7. Delays and Force Majeure
United Coach Bus is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control including:
Traffic congestion
Weather conditions
Mechanical issues
Road closures
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
In such cases, United Coach Bus will make reasonable efforts to continue or complete the trip safely.
8. Liability Limitations
United Coach Bus provides booking and coordination services for charter transportation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to transportation services.
Total liability for any claim arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid for the reservation.
9. Passenger Responsibility for Damages
Clients agree to cover costs for damages caused by passengers, including:
Interior damage to vehicles
Excessive cleaning
Lost or damaged equipment
United Coach Bus reserves the right to charge the client for such damages after the trip.
10. Lost or Personal Property
United Coach Bus and transportation providers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings left on vehicles.
Passengers are encouraged to check the vehicle before leaving.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state where services are provided.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through appropriate legal procedures in the applicable jurisdiction.
12. Changes to These Terms
United Coach Bus reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updated terms will be posted on our website and will apply to future reservations.
